9bit Terms & Conditions

1.1 By completing the registration process on the 9bit platform, by clicking any "I agree" checkbox, or by continuing to use the platform after any published amendment to this Agreement, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

1.2 This Agreement takes effect immediately upon your creation of a 9bit account. If you are using the platform without a registered account, this Agreement takes effect from the moment you first access any page of https://9bit.asia.

1.3 These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the 9bit Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

1.4 9bit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

2.1 To register and use the 9bit platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 9bit applies a strict 21+ age policy. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts suspended immediately and all deposits and winnings may be forfeited.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual and not as a commercial entity or on behalf of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that prohibits you from entering into agreements of this nature or from participating in gambling activities.
• You are accessing the 9bit platform on your own behalf and using your own funds for any deposits made.

2.2 9bit reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

3.1 Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 9bit platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under different names, contact details, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended and associated balances forfeited.

3.2 When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to update your account information promptly should any of your details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 9bit will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 You must notify 9bit support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your credentials have been compromised.

3.5 Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your 9bit account or any entitlements associated with it to any other person.

4.1 9bit accepts deposits from players located in Bangladesh via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum limits for individual transactions may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within the platform.

4.3 Deposits are credited to your 9bit account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. 9bit is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's network or third-party banking infrastructure.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. 9bit does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for a deposit.

4.5 All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Players must complete identity verification before any withdrawal is approved. 9bit reserves the right to request government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used.

4.6 9bit targets processing of bKash and Nagad withdrawals within 5–15 minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. 9bit does not guarantee any specific withdrawal timeframe.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: Subject to account tier and verification status — displayed within the account settings section.
• Withdrawal currency: Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only.
• Withdrawal destination: Same payment method as deposit.

4.7 9bit reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where the account has not completed KYC verification, or where the player is in breach of any provision of this Agreement.

5.1 9bit may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The availability, eligibility criteria, and terms of each promotion are set out in the specific promotion's terms, which are displayed alongside the offer.

5.2 All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific offer) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements applicable to a specific promotion are displayed at the time the offer is presented.

5.3 Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your account. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings are converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

5.4 9bit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Promotions are not transferable and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

5.5 9bit may withdraw a bonus and any associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploited a technical error, or breached any term of this Agreement or the specific promotion's terms.

6.1 All sports bets placed on 9bit are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules are available within the sportsbook section of the platform and are updated periodically to reflect changes in competition formats and regulatory standards.

6.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. 9bit reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed in error due to a manifest technical fault or pricing error on the part of 9bit.
• The relevant sporting event was cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or determined void under the applicable sport rules.
• There is credible evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or irregular activity affecting the event on which the bet was placed.
• The player placed the bet in breach of these Terms & Conditions or the specific sport's betting rules.

6.3 All casino games, including live dealer tables, slots, and crash games, are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. 9bit does not modify or interfere with game outcomes.

6.4 In the event of a disconnection during a game session, the game will continue on the server side in accordance with the game's rules. 9bit is not liable for losses arising from a player's internet connection failure during a live session.

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9bit platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Money laundering: Using the 9bit platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activities, or using the platform in any way that facilitates money laundering.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including through chip dumping or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the platform in a way that is not permitted for human players.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void.
• Multiple account abuse: Creating or using more than one registered account to claim bonuses, circumvent limits, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.

13.2 9bit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold associated funds, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.

13.3 Where an account is closed by 9bit due to a player's breach of this Agreement, 9bit reserves the right to forfeit the full account balance, including real-money funds, as a remedy for the breach.

14.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 9bit operates as an online platform targeting players in Bangladesh and applies standards consistent with responsible international gaming practice.

14.4 Nothing in this Agreement limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in Bangladesh.
